MONDAY, JUNE 6, 2011
June 11th will be the last day we will be open on Saturdays; after that we will be open during our regular Monday through Friday schedule only. While we understand this may cause the occasional inconvenience we have found that due to our expanded online capabilities and those of our carriers very few people actually call or come to the office on Saturdays and we can no longer justify keeping the office open. Some of the expanded services which are now available include:
- All of our carriers now accept online payments (see our Make a Payment page)
- All of our carriers have 24 hour claims reporting (see our Important Links page). Some even have smartphone apps.
- Our office can now provide electronically stamped/signed RMV forms and virtually all other paperwork can be done electronically as well.
- We have upgraded our online Customer Service section (see our Customer Service Page ) which now includes several new customer forms & options and we receive almost instant notification of service requests even during off-hours.
